The place is extremely quiet, everyone is friendly and supportive on whatever you need, especially the director. The location is near the temples and sunrise view points. The breakfast is very generous and delicious (you can order from the breakfast menu). Also the restaurant is high quality for a very convenient price and you have a nice view to the river. The bungalow is very comfortable as well as the bed. They staff clean the room very well.

Very clean place and house, the receptionist available almost 24/7, except past 10 when sleeping time the houses door is locked for safety reason cause it's night time, and very spacious place too for exceptional cheap prices, near borobudur and mendut temple
