Staff are professional, knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and friendly and will customise their service to meet7th your needs. This is the best budget option in Darjeeling. The location is great if you want to cover various tourist spots by foot in a short time. The room is super clean, comfortable and with great views. They also have a cool roof top place where i didnt get to spend time. But will definitely come back

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable - it's right next to Mall Road Chaurasta, making it super convenient for exploring the town. And the cherry on top? Stunning Kanchanjanga mountain views from the room! 🌄 The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. My overall experience was just amazing. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic Darjeeling getaway!

When I booked my stay here, I expected it to be like any other hotel, but I was taken by surprise. The hospitality provided by this hotel was more than I had expected. The rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. We can see the entire Kanchenjunga range from the hotel. This is a family-owned business so guests are taken extra care of. Lots of complimentary tea and snacks are provided by the owners who personally make sure your stay is super comfortable and better than expected. They respond to you very quickly and make sure everything is up to the mark. Such a high level of care and service for such a low price cannot be found anywhere else. This is the best property to stay at while traveling to Darjeeling.
