The staff was very kind and helpful, always asking about our needs. They were really customer-focused, we even got a small gift when departing, and even after check-out, when we had to wait for our train, we could chill 1-2 hours in a guest area that was very comfortable. Our stay at the Pearl Palace Heritage was PERFECT! The staff is so attentive, the hotel is beautifully decorated, and they even let us choose our room upon arrival. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The concierge was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and so was the dinner! We can’t wait to come to Jaipur again just to stay at the Pearl Palace Heritage!

The staff was amazing CK was a great host that assist us to our room. We were welcomed by Indian flower neckless. That was special! In our room, a beautiful letter handwritten to welcome us with sweet delights and fruit. CK was lovely kind and professional. Shashtavi, Sashi, Harish so great staff! I will recommend the TAJ hotels definitly to all my friends and family.

This is a one-of-a-kind establishment. I was hesitating to book as a solo traveller. Thought it would feel a little too personal and lack of pool. I loved this placed. The staff was so kind. Everything from the bedding to the water pressure was top quality. The restaurant ‘The Pharmacy’ is an absolute must as well. Location is is on a quiet, leafy street just a ten minute rickshaw ride from the center.

We had a super nice stay here. I found it very difficult to find a good hotel because of all the fake reviews but I can definitely recommend Mukam! It is located in a large street and I always felt safe there. Large room with large bed. Everything very clean and they have a boiler (which you have to turn on in time) and there is a lovely warm shower. The staff is also super sweet and wants to help you with everything. In January it was quite cold so we got an extra blanket and heater. But the air conditioning is also there. We will definitely come back!

Our first time in the hotel on May 2023, and this is the second time, we have unique experience, the staff were extremely friendly and host us as a family this is one side only. The other side that I haven’t seen it elsewhere on the world is Kumar Saini Chef De Cuisne, he should be called artist, he surprised us every day with a unique dishes that you will not able to see it anywhere, we enjoy a lot the conversation with his rich personality as a pure Indian culture demonstrates, he acts as an angel to ensure our maximum satisfaction and comfort. The simple statement that represent our stay is “ the hotel is our Indian home and family “

Our stay was perfect! I stayed 4 nights with my mother and we liked everything, from the room which was very comfortable, spacious, modern and super clean, to the rooftop terrace and the breakfast they serve every morning with plenty of choices. The neighborhood is also pleasant, not noisy, and super well connected to the center where most of the sightseeing is by the metro. The staff of the hotel is very nice, professional and attentive to everything, you can tell they run this place with great care. They also arranged for us a visit to a block printing lab for a reasonable price and we enjoyed that very much. Very stylish interiors and decorations as well. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Jaipur. Thank you!

Jaipur is a good place to visit but there are some do's and don'ts u need to take care of : Always go for a group trip because jaipur isn't a place for solo trip as the management there including police etc isn't friendly or even respectful. There you wil have to face some challanges if got in an unexpected trouble therefore prefer group trips. There are many places to visit but go for the forts before palace's and temples. As Forts are in more distance comparatively. At the end do not forget to make memories and enjoy ur trip to the fullest!

Fav spots - Gulaab ji chai wale Amer Fort + Light and Sound show at night Galta ji temple, although many people would not prefer to go Govinddev ji temple and Govindam retreat restaurant near it - great food! Lassi from Lassiwale. Sunset from Padao cafe, Nahargarh fort — although service is a little slow, the view is beautiful. Do not miss out on Jantar Mantar. If using local transport, be prepared for exorbitant prices from auto/cab drivers. They use Uber to connect to you, then ask ridiculous prices to drop anywhere because "they will have to come back without a sawari." Haggle as much as you can. I found locals to be very rude here.

Jaipur has a lot of beautiful and interesting places, squares, and buildings to offer. The flower and vegetable market is absolutely worth seeing. The market streets in the city center, located in the pink quarter, offer a huge variety of goods. The city has an enormous amount to offer in terms of art, handicrafts, and architecture due to its rich history. It also boasts a wide range of culinary delights. A tip: make a list of places in Jaipur that you want to visit, find a local tuk-tuk driver, and book him for the whole day. It will be worth it!

Three nights in Jaipur was perfect to do sightseeing and shopping. The city is really vibrant with loads to see and do, and all fairly accessible either on foot or by tuk-tuk. There are loads of hotel rooftop bars which offer good food and views.

We went for a textile block printing workshop at Bagru and devoted a day for the fort circuit. To avoid the tourist trap, went first to Jaigarh ( offers a fantastic bird's eye view of the surroundings)and then walked down to Amer fort through the secret tunnel. Skipped Nahargarh. Old city is a bustling shopping paradise with lots of street food options. Morning runs at central park/walled city is really enjoyable. Goivndam retreat and Tan sukh are great veg restaurants. Chokhi dhani has authentic rajasthani food and offers a great ambience.

I was very lucky to find this family-run hotel — it’s a rare opportunity to stay in a truly quiet place in Jaipur. The city is very loud, but this hotel is located on a small street with no traffic, so you can actually sleep well. And that’s super important. The owner, Bana, is an amazing person — very friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. He helped me with many things during my stay. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10–15 minute ride from the main attractions of the Old City.

Nice friendly and helpful people. Clean and comfortable room with a bathroom and AC. The hotel is situated some 250 m from 3 main attractions of the city: the City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. You have some view of the city from the top roof of the property. The hotel is isolated from a busy noisy street by a chain of shops and a distance of some 50 m, so you can enjoy a quiet atmosphere and sleep very comfortably after a busy exploration of Jaipur.

Hotel Pearl Palace is in a really great location in Jaipur, and provides easy access to anywhere in the city via taxi or tuktuk. There’s a great bar on the first floor, and an exceptional rooftop restaurant, both of which are really worth trying. The staff at Hotel Pearl Palace are friendly and professional, and will go to great lengths to help with anything you need.
