2 days are enough at this place. sunset point is a nice place to explore. Beach water is clean. Small eateries are available near the beach, fish fry and mirchi vada could be a good try. The Curry" and "Restaurant" had authentic food options.

Everybody loves to see last corner of the country and...

Everybody loves to see last corner of the country and visited many time earlier also. Now there is no beach to enjoy sun rise...lot of Small shops, dirty sea sight , but more visitor, the administration is not thoughtless to make this corner beautiful. Harbans Singh

Kanyakumari is an iconic place to visit for all indians.

Kanyakumari is an iconic place to visit for all indians. The very tip of the nation!! It is a place where you can see both sunrise and sunset from the same spot!! The visit to Vivekananda Rock and memorial by ferry is a very soul stirring experience, where the great thinker meditated, in the middle of the sea, with waves coming in from 3 different oceans! The city has a few good hotels and comfortable facilities for travellers. People are helpful and friendly.

Both the sunrise and sunset were amazing to watch— truly a sight to remember. We enjoyed our time there and wished we could have stayed longer. However, the place was quite crowded, and so a little untidy. Visiting the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Thiruvalluvar statue was a highlight of our trip. It made our journey an unforgettable experience that will stay with us for a lifetime.

Kanyakumari is a small city and feels quite relaxed.

Kanyakumari is a small city and feels quite relaxed. It is definitely worth a day or two. There are some off the beaten track sites that are worth visiting and there are some nice old temples that are probably worthy of a visit as well.

The wax museum is hopeless.

The wax museum is hopeless. None of the wax statue is as original. The ticket is Rs. 120 per person, but is not worth. There is no indication of this near ticket counter. It is advertised as the only wax museum in India. This is not true. There are wax museum in other places, like Lonavla, near Pune.

Location is extremely good as you can walk to the beach to see sunrise and sunset ,ferry station, kanyakumari temple. no view from room but can see the rock and statue from balcony of hotel. Manager and other staff very good, arrangements for airport transfer and localsight seeing were excellent with humble taxi drivers and AC cars.

Great budget hotel..clean and neat 👌...the owner were very helpful...in kanyakumari one should not listen to rickshaw driver at railway station...they purposely misguide...but luckily owner already informed same to me..! Excellent stay...we were 4 people stayed for one night for around 1000 rs.

Strictly no frills . No coffee tea maker in your room. . However they give it to you in your room in 5 to 10 minutes My stay was overnight . I was looking for value for money and I got it. Plenty of food joints around the hotel. Nice clean place to stay.
