A very clean hotel, all areas were well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful, both in reception and the restaurant at breakfast. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. They couldn't do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. I liked there being two restaurants next door to the hotel. The food was delicious, and the menus catered for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is of a very high standard. It's only about 10-15 minutes from the centre of Jamnagar by Tut Tut! My suitcase didn't arrive on my flight, I experienced great difficulty in contacting the airline to retrieve my suitcase. The general manager, Mr Prem Raje, was the most caring and understanding hotel manager I have ever met. He made several phone calls on my behalf and I eventually got my suitcase. Without the help of Mr Raje, I don't think I would have seen my suitcase again. Mr Raje, I am extremely grateful for your assistance and the time you spent getting my suitcase.

Cheating manager, 3 days before check in when I called him he says your room is confirmed. But on check day he says rooms are full so he is not provided with accommodation, he sold our room to some other for a higher rate.. he is cheated. Very bad.
