Incredibly kind and friendly staff, specially at the reception desk. Every detail is taken care of, from the welcome tea and cookies, to the temperature of the rooms, the amazing breakfast with all you can hope for, the interior design and decorations to the restaurant and everything else in between. This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Perfect location near town centre, restaurants and shops. Room was fantastic, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and amenities were excellent. Food was really good particularly the breakfast. Great views of snow laden mountains from the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hospitality and food were great. The staff took good care of us and were humble, and not imposing. The owner was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of restaurants and helpful advice for our motorbike trip. The hotel was perfectly clean. There was a parking spot for the rented bike.

Zikzik Holidays has a beautiful garden full of blooming colourful flowers and you can sip your coffee or tea sitting under the trees covered with red apples. All the staff is very nice, smiling and helps with everything. I appreciated the electric heating sheets at night.
