I stayed for one night at Mansao Curtorim – A CGH Earth SAHA Experience, and from the moment I arrived, I felt as though I had stepped back in time, in the very best way. The setting is exceptional, a beautifully restored ancestral Goan home with unique antique wooden furniture, spotless rooms, and shared spaces that invite you to slow down rather than rush through. The balcão, shared living room space, and garden areas are all impeccably maintained and full of quiet character. The architecture was a major reason I chose to stay here, and it exceeded expectations, authentic, elegant, and deeply atmospheric. The village surroundings are tranquil, with birdsong and a sense of calm that’s increasingly rare. What truly set this stay apart was the feeling of being a guest, not a customer. While still en route to the property in my driver’s car, I received a phone call asking what I might like for lunch. That small but thoughtful gesture set the tone for everything that followed. Time genuinely slowed down here. The food was a highlight. I didn’t even look at a menu. After a brief conversation about dietary requirements, I simply trusted the kitchen, and I was rewarded with beautifully prepared, traditional Goan dishes. Not knowing what would arrive next only enhanced the experience. Each meal felt home style, confident, and deeply local, I was born in Ireland, and this was important to me as a tourist in India for the 2nd year in a row. I want to make special mention of Mr. Nazeem Shaikh, the manager, who embodies the spirit of this place. He sat with me during check in, and we had a warm, unhurried conversation about what I hoped to get from my stay and my time in South Goa. He was calm, attentive, thoughtful, and exceptionally well informed. He assisted with arranging private transport, offered excellent local recommendations, and consistently anticipated needs without ever being intrusive. One small example says everything.

A place where you feel in heaven. I have traveled to many places in the world and this is definitely one of the most beautiful I have been to. The hotel grounds are huge and full of fruit trees such as mangoes and coconuts. The pickets are clean and new. The pool is perfect.

The resort surroundings are incredible! It's an oasis of well maintained greenery, with beautiful plants, trees and walking paths. The rooms are cosy and very comfortable and have all the amenities you need. The owner and staff members are super friendly and accomodating. I can definitely recommend this place!

Great staff, very helpful. Owner sits at the reception assists very quickly with everything. Room was big, nice and clean.

Perfect place on a Beach - everything is Perfect!

We've been here twice, and in both occasions the rooms were very large, spotless clean and well equipped. The host and staff were very kind and welcoming. Excellent value for money

I extremely loved the staff(Jyoti) and the hotel manager behaviour of speaking with the guests....The restaurant staff was also very humble in explaining about the foods....Their beach restaurant OUZA was very impressive because of its locaton and food....
