Overall, my experience was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in is and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated [Mr Ranjet the top marketing man top guy 👍👍👍very very Helpful with big Smile 😁which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was very convenient and added great value to my visit. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a pleasant experience. I would be happy to recommend the Dwarka Resorts and would certainly choose to stay again in the future.

It’s a good temple town. The climate is excellent.

It’s a good temple town. The climate is excellent. There are many Ashramas including Ramanaashram. Ashta linga temples are commemorative. The town is crowded and filled with tourists, especially foreign tourists. I could see lot of garbage on both sides of the road. Quality of the food is disappointing. People here are very rude to the tourists. They speak only Tamil no other languages. Sign boards are mostly in Tamil, difficult to apprehend for tourists.

My stay in Tiruvannāmalai was truly exceptional. The hospitality was warm and genuine, making me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were brand new, beautifully maintained, and highly hygienic — every detail reflected care and professionalism. The peaceful atmosphere around the property perfectly complemented the spiritual energy of Tiruvannāmalai, creating an ideal environment for rest and reflection. Everything was well-organised and thoughtfully arranged, ensuring total comfort throughout my stay.

Staying near the temple location is important and Aashreya...

Staying near the temple location is important and Aashreya Suites fits that requirement. Staff attitude is important and staff at Aashreya Suites are very polite and helpful. This factors made my day a very memorable day in the temple town. Only drawback is there is no signboard to indicate where you can park your vehicle. Every few minutes a random person comes to collect parking charges claiming that he is working for the Local Council. This is very annoying

The Ramanna Ashram and especially the Skandashram which is.

The Ramanna Ashram and especially the Skandashram which is. delightful short trek up the hill are by themselves well worth the visit to the small town. Choose a day that is not very auspicious and you will have a quiet and reflective time at the ashram. Aim to spend more than a day.. The Arunachalam temple is truly awe inspiring (as all grand Chola temples are) but alas made less rich by a clunky and indifferent management, dirty surroundings, throngs of pilgrims, rude staff and clumsy barricades.. The temple is worth more as an architectural gem than a devotional destination, in line with other Chola/Pallava gems in Tamil Nadu. There are a many places to stay it seems but no 5 starrers. The Sterling Resort is recommended.

I visited Thiruvannamalai Annamalaiyar Temple with my sister...

I visited Thiruvannamalai Annamalaiyar Temple with my sister on the eve of the Full Moon on 7/8/25 to get the blessings of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. The people both at TSR Vivitha Grand and the temple folks were genuinely kind respectful and very trustworthy folks. We went for the Girivalam walk and must say it was challenging due to the gravels pathway but nevertheless my sister and I completed the 14km walk in 5 hours. The next day we did the Annadhanam along the Girivalam path to 300 sadhus and devotees. It with god's blessings and Iyer Kanna and his friend of 30 years Murthy Uncle who guided us throughout our stay and walked with us on the Girivalam path were our true blessings in our spiritual journey to Tiruvannamalai.

I have been here twice and I really like the vibe of this...

I have been here twice and I really like the vibe of this holy town, its easy to roam around with rental bikes offered by multiple vendors. Has one hippy kind of cafe( The Dreaming Tree) with great cafe food and also mulitple tiffin centers with Hotel Ananda Ramana being the best for their quality , taste and price.

I really like the ambience, quality and service. Both shift managers and all the other staff members were so kind and helped us during our stay at the hotel. The manager kindly offered me one of the best rooms with amazing temple views on day 2 upon my request. The food in the restaurant was also great. They also provided room for driver with nice facilities during our stay. Also, ample parking space for vehicles.
