this hotel is immersed in nature and has beautiful views. rooms are large and equipped with all you need. hotel staff is very nice and friendly and helpful too. and what about their food. great dinner in the evenings to complete the day with their small but mouth watering menu, and breakfast in the morning was the best i had during my 12 days in Iceland. Highly recommended. Would love to be there again :)

Karuna Guesthouse was one of the most beautiful spots where I did spend the night. I got very lucky by choosing a double bed room in off season and got a whole studio icluding own bathroom! for myself, which I didn't expect to get. The kitchen was very clean and you got everything you need for cooking/cleaning/separating your garbage. The dining/breakfast/chill out area in the house was awesome and had a modern spacious design, you got a panoramic view into the night sky with big big windows. There was a hot tub and sauna for free. Couldn't be more happy with all this!

The staff is great. Excellent service reception at and dinner. Dinner exceeded expectations by serving freshest cod and perfect foal. Facilities are basic but in good condition.

The cabin was beautiful and well located to explore the area. The lovely host greeted us on arrival and explained the property and the area. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spotlessly clean. We are so glad we booked 2 nights here to enjoy the cabin and the area.
