The staff are very nice in fact the best staff we have met from a hotel, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made us feel like family. There was a train strike on the day we were due to fly home, the the manager and one of the staff (sorry I cant remember your name! I think it was Nadia) were so helpful and helped us book a cab but we felt assured that the hotel staff would ensure we got to the airport even if it meant driving us there themselves! The managers were very kind always on site during the day and willing to help with any information or questions we had. All of the staff are lovely, smiling and informative of the area, where to go and what to see. The food in the restaurant located in the hotel is excellent, the hotel is very clean and had TV service with Netflix and Amazon if you chose, shower is great, room was warm (we went in November). The train station is a 5 min drive or a 30 mins to walk, there is also a bus service that is directly outside the station and bring you through the whole town/village. The locals in the area are so friendly introducing themselves even with a language barrier! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only brief and would definitely stay again. If you are looking to stay in Bagni di Lucca I highly recommend his hotel. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay and hopefully we will see you again in the near future! 10/10

The owner Irina is a very kind and helpfull person. She gave us suggestions about everything connected to the vacation: food, restaurants, trecks, what to see, activities etc. The room is really big, there is hot sauna in the bathroom, bath, shower, a little private garden to drink a coffe in the morning and relax at the end of the day

Nice place to relax and easy to get there from Lucca by bus. Natur was beautiful. I slept really well, very good air in the room. And the breakfast was super allso as glutein free. Dog enjoyed allso playing sit the ball in the garden.

We chose to stay in Bagni di Lucca because it was close to a...

We chose to stay in Bagni di Lucca because it was close to a nearby point of interest for us, rather than a destination in itself. It is a tiny, quaint, valley town that straddles the river Lima. We did not explore the town in detail but did visit 'Bar Italia' on the evening of our single night stay - it has very pleasant street seating and was full of friendly locals.

I loved Bagni di Lucca, it is so scenic and beautiful.

I loved Bagni di Lucca, it is so scenic and beautiful. My only regret was not travelling by car as there are so many beautfiul sights to see, you really need a car. I got there by train and it is a mile and a half walk to get to the town. There is a bar in the town which is also a cafe and that opens all day til midnight. There is also a restaurant which opens daytime and night time. The Ninfa hotel also has a bar but restaurant was not open. As well as Bagni di Lucca, Devils Bridge which is about 2 mile away is worth seeing.

The hotel has huge potential which hasn’t been realised yet. Big comfortable rooms but hardly any staff visible for most of the day. Manager miserable on arrival so a friendly face really makes a difference Itala is a great member of staff. On arrival all doors were locked even though we said we were arriving around 2pm If one of the other guests hadn’t got a code and let us in we would have stood outside for hours.As no staff were visible most of the time an emergency phone number should be given to all guests if they have a problem. Once the problems at the hotel are resolved it could be a really nice hotel. I hope this sounds positive as I do mean it to be and I will come back. Take the swimming pool off your details as it would be a big disappointment to many people .

Bagni di Lucca was a real discovery.

Bagni di Lucca was a real discovery. Wonderful sights, restaurants and the people were really friendly and helpful. Although there were people there it was not jammed full of tourists as in other places in Tuscany.

Beautiful little mountain town near Lucca. The Bridge Hotel was lovely, the Terme Spa in town was outstanding! Thermal pool, massage etc. One terrible experience was with Hotel and Terme a hillside hotel we booked, we’re charged for but when we arrive it was closed!!! And we were never refunded by Booking.com nor the hotel.

This holiday apartment in Bagni di Lucca was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It's incredibly spacious, with a nice pool perfect for unwinding. Being right in the center of town was convenient, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The house itself is beautiful, blending traditional Tuscan style with modern comforts. Overall, a great stay and we'd definitely come back.

Bagni di Lucca is a long town with two end centre points. This hotel is in the centre of thosw two end centre points. It is very close to the spa and there is a bar right under the hotel. The owners of the hotel are super nice people, they went above and beyond to make my stay nice. This place is also very pet friendly, the owners have a beautiful dog as well.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful surroundings. Got upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff honestly could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.
