Receptionists - great all of them, ready to help, smiley, positive! Breakfast - really good! Enjoyed a lot the coffee in the morning. Room - pretty good size, clean, with spacious toilet. Other staff at the hotel - cleaning ladies/gents, waiters at the breakfast area, other helping staff - ALL GREAT! All of them greeted us every morning, smiling with a great energy, you could just feel it.

We would definitely stay here again! The hotel had all of the modern amenities and was extremely clean. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful with a special shout out to Marta, the person we dealt with the most. They were very patient with our minimal Italian although staff all spoke English. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a wide variety of foods. The staff there were also very welcoming and after one day, anticipated our coffee drinks and made us feel like family. The hotel is conveniently located on a major bus line that travels to city center or to the train station. Also, something that I am rather picky about, there was a good sized bathroom.
