This hotel is one of the best luxury hotel I have stayed at. The room and facilities were amazing. The staff were super helpful. The food at the restaurant is so good! I loved the town... this was the highlight of our three week trip around Italy. Cannot recommend this place more!!

We loved this beautiful small apartment with lovely balcony with mountain and lake views. The bed and mattress is very comfortable. We stayed for the entire week and used it as a base to discover the region. The host waited patiently for us to check in late. The apartment is very well equipped and they even provided coffee pods and tea etc.

Incredible view on the west side of the Lugano Lake. Always available friendly staff for the hotel and for the lively (but not noisy) restaurant. Incredible pizzas. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. Small village nearby.
