Our host was extremely friendly and helpful at every step. This apartment was extremely clean - one of the cleanest we've stayed at in the last years. Everything we needed was provided. Our breakfasts on the balcony topped it off. Parking is available on the street and we had no problems finding a spot. We do recommend it to other travelers.

The little amazing hotel is in a beautiful “old town” called Sacro Monte. You can do your own walking tour through the beautiful old streets. there is something special to see in every street and corner of the little town. We had a lovely room with a spectacular view! You really feel like you are in old town Italy. We were only there for one night, but it was still very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but it did not bother us. The bed was nice and the room was warm(we were there in winter). We had dinner at the Hotel’s restaurant. The dining hall was made up beautifully with lights, candles and flowers. The music was romantic and the atmosphere was very nice. The dinner was very good. It was expensive for us coming from South Africa with a much weaker currency, but we still enjoyed the evening a lot. Breakfast was also lovely on the outside balcony overlooking the valley.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. It's one of the rare occasions that I see three towels given per guest, plus slippers! There is a huge TV available, plus a fridge and a safe. Breakfast was also super nice! The design of the whole hotel was amazing. There is free indoors parking available.

The location is great. The hotel is fantastic and the welcome although was late in the night, was friendly. The receptionist did a very good job. The apartment is very modern and clean, it has everything you could ever need to have a relaxing and fun stay in Cantello. We visited Cantello for a friend's wedding and other guests that stayed at the venue were jealous of our spacious and luxurious little spot in Residenza il Gelsomino. Tiziana was very helpful and we thought it was great that we had some bicycles included. We loved meeting our little fluffy neighbour Lilo the rabbit.

The hotel is a refurbished factory. The owners kept the "industrial" style and added beautiful art pieces. You are surrounded by art at all times. There is a swimming pool on the roof top with excellent view. The breakfast is exceptional served in a ball room surrounded by garden and hidden spots for a walk. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We will return definitely.

The location is very beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable The hotel facilities are in old buildings that have been decorated with a lot of artistic taste There is a swimming pool on the top floor with a very beautiful view on the town The restaurant is very beautiful and you can taste a lot of local specialties Breakfast is served and not a buffet
