Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.

The staff is so kind. Room was super clean, the maids do the great job. Breakfasts were varied not only sweet. A different menu for dinner every day. You can try different dishes (baked aubergine and tuna were so delisous) dessert section surprised every day with new propositions. Large parking lot. Generally very nice atmosphere created by people working there.

We liked absolutely everything about the place. It is as if you had a private beach access, that for us visiting in April was almost empty. The house have direct back access to the Cala Poetto. We had a room that was very spacious with a window to the beach and we did not hear the road, only sea! 😊 The bed is very comfortable and pillows are great. Place is very clean. Towels smell great. Andrea is a very nice and friendly host, he welcome us with a Prosecco and some local sweets! Thank you! 😊 We had a really nice chats and it feels as if we were staying with someone who we know already! He is also available and helpful host. We believe the place is in a great location for those who don't want to be too far from town centre but also not directly is busy area. It's also good starting point if you want to see Villasimius! Thank you Andrea for such a nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was real italian to start our day. The owners were so sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to their adorable dog Pluto, who added an extra touch of charm to the whole experience. We also really appreciated having convinient parking on-site. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Terrazze di Bellavista was amazing. Welcome and check in was available, even though we we delayed at the airport. The breakfast was very good and we are close to restaurants, and night life. Very important for us was the AC , and that was excellent.
