We booked the Park Hotel Italia for our honeymoon and were overwhelmed upon arrival by the sight of the hotel grounds and the room with the most beautiful view of the lake and mountains (we received a room with a large balcony spanning the east and south sides of the hotel). The breakfast left nothing to be desired and greatly impressed us (it was the best breakfast selection of any hotel we have stayed in so far). At the hotel's private dock you could book boat tours on the lake and stroll along the promenade and through the enchanting alleys of the town. The hotel ambiance and room amenities are stunningly beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Everything was wonderful and we are already looking forward to our next stay there. We are pleased to say, that was a wonderful experience in the Hotel! The place was beautiful and gardens were fantastic!! The staff was friendly and the waitress Laura is one of the best we ever had!! The quality of the food was excellent and we bought olive oil and wine back home. All new and clean. The stuff very nice and helpful. Amazing breakfast where you can also choose to have something fresh from the kitchen. We received an upgrade when we arrived, instead of our double doom we received the deluxe room and it was very nice. They also have sauna and jacuzzi for an extra fee. And the view and location just perfect in front of the lake.
