3rd attempt as it keeps going blank. When you get older, you wish to retire to a nice seaside spot. That is how I can describe this place. Friendly people and more coffee shops you can poke a stick at. You have a main road from the station that is the heart of the town right to the seafront, which is a very pleasant walk. There is a self-service laundrette that sits in the rear of the petrol station, and you will need soap and instructions are in English. There is a supermarket that the accommodation is on top of, very handy to buy soap. The apartment is so nice with shutters and double glazing, so you don't get woken too early by traffic of which there is minimum and the sun. 30 secs walk from the seafront. Across the road, some fruit and veg stalls operate and Saturdays a large market. The room was superb, spotlessly clean, and a good supply of cake and biscuits with a coffee machine. There are only 3 rooms, so there is nothing much in the way of disturbance. This has to be the nicest place I have stayed.

The accomadation was very clean and spacious,the host was amazing and very helpful. It is located in the middle town so you can access everything by foot. There is free parking located outside the place and a bonus is it is located next to a lovely beach and right opposite to the property is a market with delicious fruits and vegetables. We were looking for a place to stay before our flight. In fact, it was a glorious end of vacation. BB is easy to find. Parking is both free and paid. The beach is nearby; umbrellas and sun loungers are available at the BB hotel, or you can choose a private beach. There are many seaside restaurants nearby. Our room didn't have a sea view, but it was very quiet. The creative design and positive energy made us feel like we were visiting old friends. We were very grateful for the late checkout and extra time at the beach. Thank you!

We enjoyed the beaches and the laid back atmosphere of the town. We went to Rome a couple of days, but just being in a smaller town and walking on the beach was lovely! We ate gelato and pastries from Helamani which was delicious!! We had seafood pasta at El Chucharrito which was good. We also enjoyed Torre Flavia Ruderi, the tower on the beach. There were people kite surfing there and you could see the mountains in the distance. The train is convenient and walkable to most places in Ladispoli we wanted to go.

Small town - easy to drive around. Convenient. WHY stay in ROME - and fight traffic. Stay here, on the beach, take the TRAIN in (8 Euro all day pass - train to/from Rome, bus, subway - all included).

I have returned to Ladispoli after over 20 years - in my teens I spent some memorable summer holidays there, as my relative used to live in Ladispoli. This is a typical commuters town, so do not expect crowds of tourists! This means that you have an opportunity to enjoy shopping and eating out with locals - so, the quality of food is great and prices reasonable. Beautiful, black-sanded beach to relax on after sightseeing Rome. For more active - there is a sport centre where you can hire some watersport equipment or book lessons. Alternatively, you can enjoy miles of walks along the beach! For ancient history fans - check out the "next door town" of Cerveteri with its world-famous Etruscan museum and necropolis. And Rome - it is only 30-40 min by train. Highly recommended if you do not mind to commute a bit to Rome.

Host was very helpful and responded for my text messages quickly. Apartment was very clean with many places to storage clothes etc. Dishawasher and washing machine available makes it a perfect spot for family to stay. The whole building is well maintanted with lovely, funny and narrow elevator. Neighbours are quiet, no louder noises from the street. Very close to the beach (first line), close to shops/bakery/restaurant and playground nearby. Highly recommend it! <3

We really enjoyed these apartments; they had everything we needed: bed linen, bathroom essentials, basic groceries, an air conditioner in one room, and a fan. We were even provided with an extra bed. It was very comfortable. The shops are nearby, and it’s a 7-minute walk to the sea and a free beach. The owner spoke excellent English and was very helpful with any questions we had.

The apartment is full with everything you need, including a picnic thermobag, a picnic blanket and a beach umbrella! Some 3 minutes from the nearest beach. Inside a gated yard, very secure. The host is incredibly friendly, available for all matters. They kindly allowed us to check-out at our will, not at 10 AM as most other places, as there were no new guest on that day.

Everything was perfect! Super friendly and helpful staff (thank you for the great tip about the black sand being magnetic, Andrea! And thank you for lighting up our breakfasts Tiziana!), amazing restaurant, great location! Nice and cosy room, beach right outside of the hotel! We had a great time and will definitely come back.

The location is great if your intention is to use the train to Rome. From Ladispoli to Vatican City is 20 min. Around 45 min to Roma Termini. Check-in is fast and easy. The beach is 10 minutes walking.
