The room surpassed our expectations as it was bigger and a lot prettier than shown in the pictures - we booked the ‘foresta incantata’. The cleanliness was outstanding and the staff was kind and very helpful even before we arrived (they addressed our questions and requests via email promptly and professionally). The building is modern and located a few minutes away from the centre of Montecatini where you can find lots of restaurants, bars etc. If returning to Montecatini for a romantic gateway, we will defiantly stay here again.

Everything was satisfactory. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided excellent comfort. Breakfast was also of high quality, although it would have been more convenient if guests could help themselves to coffee rather than having to order it.
