The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Julia and Rosanna at the desk went out of their way to help us ! specially restaurant recommendations, Rosanna advising me on how to pay toll in nearby tobacco shop and speaking in italian to our connects whenever we needed help and booking a cab for us to airport in the middle of the night! julia even offered to carry our luggage when we reached there ( which we politely declined) to help us out as a family we had extra luggage! she helped with parking near the hotel as we were with our rental car! italians are big in family values similar to us indians … Rocco introduced to his lovely family his grandpa ,dad his lovely wife and adorable twins all family working together staying together and making a great experience for the guests! The view from sea side room is amazing ! breakfast was good Flori helped us understand what was what in the menu ! The location is perfect in giardini naxos lots of restaurants in walking distance a good marketplace nearby, all our viator and get your guide operators picked us from hotel ! all in all we are grateful to Nautilus staff.
