Friendly, helpful, caring generous hostess. Very clean apartment. Great night's sleep on the very comfortable bed. Everything worked: electric plugs, WiFi, the kitchen. The most well equipped clean place that we have stayed in our 3 weeks, ( lower budget travellers) in Sicily so far. Highly recommended.

Peaceful and quiet with superb little touches of luxury and thought. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the pool and surrounding areas were perfect. Just wished we had booked for longer.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is great. Communication was perfect. Parking near the apartment (free) was not a problem. We knew in advance that the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs and it was not a problem for us, but anyone with mobility issues may want to keep that in mind, especially since there’s also an awkward step between the bedroom and bathroom. Sambuca di Sicilia is a wonderful town to visit and this property is an awesome place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay in order to get a authentic experience of sicillian food, wine and living. The house chef made delicious local food for dinner, and we can not recomend the wine tasting and food enough.

This place is a true gem! The landscape surrounding the accomodation is breathtakingly beautiful and the view from the terrace is especially calming and relaxing. Everything was just perfect: the rooms very very tastfully furnished, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The manager and proprietor was more than helpful and kind! And the food was just amazing: we had braksfast and one night also dinner, which was a four-course menu, a special Ferragosto-Dinner! Everything is organic and they also produce their own wine, which one can taste. In the immediate vicinity there is the little town of Gibellina (Nuova), which is of high architectural interest, as it was built as a kind of modernist utopia after the devastating earhtquake of 1968. Also nearby is the land art memorial "Cretto di Burri" by land-art artist Alberto Burri. The little toen of Santa Ninfa is also worth a visit! We couldn't have been more happier to stay heren and would like to stay at least a week the next time!
