Friendly, helpful, caring generous hostess. Very clean apartment. Great night's sleep on the very comfortable bed. Everything worked: electric plugs, WiFi, the kitchen. The most well equipped clean place that we have stayed in our 3 weeks, ( lower budget travellers) in Sicily so far. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best hotel I have stayed with my family.The hotel manager Marco is too much friendly & helpfull.We have arrived to the hotel very late but about one hour ago Marco called us when we were on the way for keeping the kitchen open if we were hungry.We didn't live that gentle thought ever.The rooms of Masseria Del Carboj are very large, well equipped, very clean, well decorated.This is the most peaceful place in the heart of among the vineyards and olive trees.Especially the pastry in the breakfast is so delicious.Also while leaving do not forget to buy very rare extra virgin olive oil (Oro Colato) from the hotel.

Peaceful and quiet with superb little touches of luxury and thought. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the pool and surrounding areas were perfect. Just wished we had booked for longer.

Grate cosy house, all equipmen needed in place, even washing powder for loundry. Fast internet. Friendly owner. Suprisingly some crosaints for breakfast. Highly recomended if You plan to stay in Sambuca.

Valeria and her son Paolo were gracious, friendly, helpful and all together wonderful people. We loved meeting them. The apartment was super clean with everything we needed. It was thoughtfully planned with a great view over the valley, church and houses, as it on the edge of the town. Their recommended Pizzeria del'Orso was close and we enjoyed one of the very best pizzas we have ever eaten. Gusti with artichokes was sublime. Parking was easy to find just outside their apartment. It is easy to access the temples of Segesta and Selinunte from here, both which we recommend. A big thank you. Mille Grazie.
