The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

Staff very pleasant and extremely accommodating special shout out to Rihanna, Joy, and Shanniaque. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels soaps etc and smelled fabulous when Joy was finished. Rooms had air conditioning fridge and microwave and safety deposit box. Bed very comfortable.
