The location is great and the Terrace with the view towards the Roman site is wonderful. At the sunset, special. Very very very much appreciate the use of the terrace. It is open and free any time. You can buy excellent food for very good price at T&K just few minutes walking from the hotel and eat on the Terrace as you are in a top restaurant. Any info ? Ask at the reception the guy is very nice and kind

Our host was fantastic, nothing was a problem, organized driver for us back to Amman. Great breakfast. Upgraded us to room with view looking at Jerash ruins which was much appreciated. Walking distance to town and ruins. Very clean comfortable apartment

Great hotel. Everything was nice, Good location, Very comfortable and clean rooms, Breakfast buffet was delicious and with many choices. but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Fares Almoghrabi, the reception manager and all the reception staff specially Ali and Ali !, many thanks to Mr. Khaldoon Alhares, and special thanks to Ms. Urti, the operations manager. I visited Jerash with my mum and we really liked the place, the reception people at the entrance were very kind and helped us with the parking spot. Additionally, it's 10minutes by walk to Jerash old ruins, very close and truly recommend it!
