Location is great. We booked for overnight for our next day flight from Chitose and it was really a pleasant experience. Breakfast is excellent because of the variety of food to choose from. Going to the airport is just a few minutes away or just 2 stops away. There is a mall/ grocery near the hotel so if you need something or last minute shopping, you don't have to worry and also there's a lot of restaurants nearby.
