There is microwave, hot / room temp water dispenser on the ground floor. Almost fully sheltered from rain or snow with the underpass between train station and the hotel. There is a conbini / convenience store at the train station.

Breakfast was including in our meal the food was amazing, had most things and so fresh! We loved all the facilities onsens, indoor pools and communal facilities. Would recommend it to anyone with children/families wanting to stay somewhere with pools and onsens. The staff at the facility were great and hopeful when ever we had any enquires.

We so much enjoyed our time at this temple - the scenic look of this mountaineous area, an extensive temple area, the symbol of the tiger in a few corners, just a very serene atmosphere. Getting there by public transport was not a problem (bus from Oji station, well signposted). We were greeted at the reception and then could move into our Japanese style tatami rooms. Toilets and bath are shared which were meticously clean. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. Attending the goma fire ritual very early in the morning felt so special.
