The place is very clean and well organized. The staffs are very polite and explained me everything very carefully. I stayed on the first floor with my son and it was a very nice room. He enjoyed a lot and I’m really happy. I was able to wash your clothes on the coin laundry, it cost only ¥300 to wash and ¥100 to dry for 30 minutes. Since I stayed only one night, I opt to choose a room without the breakfast but I still do not regret.

The hotel staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. The hotel is vey clean and the restaurant on site named the Arkadia is very good and reasonably priced. You must visit the Sano Outlet Premium Mall for great deals from international brands and you should visit Ashikaga Flower Park.

The staff were helpful, the location was great with the station nearby as well as a lot of lovely restaurants and sights to see all within walking distance. The view from my room was also amazing, I could just about see half the city with the mountains in the background.

It’s a wonderful place for a big crowd…and privacy
