The moment we arrived , we were treated by professional and helpful staff .The room was magnificent and always cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was good quality if food and the breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful .A really high standard of customer service from reception to the housekeeping, including the lovely security staff .We've already booked our next stay because of the excellent service and high standards of this hotel ..A really good example of teamwork .

I can only recommend the Sheratton Beach Villagio. The personal were extrem friendly, the room clean and very comfortable. The location by the sea is perfekt. Next to the hotel you can find "Nero Kite Center", the best kitesurfing school ever. My instructor Armani was able to lern how to water start in just three days and i was able to enjoy the feeling of kiting for a short time. I can only say thank you so much for these wonderful great days. Asante sana:)

The hotel is amazing. We had a wonderful spacious and spotless clean room. The breakfast is outstanding! The staff took care of us as if we were family to them. The hotel is a few minutes walking to the beach and a 10 minutes drive to the city mall. Our stay was a very positive surprise. The restaurant or sports bar attached to the hotel was amazing too. We took our dinner there almost every day.
