I can say that my expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met and most of them have been working from the time the Camp was established and I believe that says a lot about the workplace. The tents are amazing. They pay so much attention to detail. Got woken up with hot tea everyday for early safari drivers and meals were packed accordingly. There was extra attention to my meal preference although it is from a set menu. Lunches by the lake were special. The best of all were my game drives with the guide - Daniel. I got to see all the animals on the first day itself and it was surreal, he was patient and flexible. Had a best massages at the spa. One of the afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool. A huge shout out to Daniel, Robert, Elphas, Sharon and Rose(masseuse). It was truly a different world and the best kind! As a solo traveller, I felt so safe and well taken care of and this is one of the best stays I have every had. I travel quite and bit and felt the customer service here was outstanding.

Peal mara was excellent! super friendly staff, responsive, polite, helpful. The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

Everything was amazing! The staff was really good. To name a few like Geff, Bastian, Ben, and many more. The food was excellent and super tasty! The tent was also really good. The staff surprised us with complimentary honeymoon services and even did a Maasai dance for us! We don't have any words about how grateful we were and how much we were taken care of. Never had such an amazing hotel experience anywhere in the world.

Sleeping at Greenwood camp was the best experience in Kenya so far. We booked a tent with breakfast, but when we arrived and realised that there was actually nothing around, we asked for lunch and dinner too. Best decision ever. Food is yummy and the serving portions are big (eg. For dinner we got soup, salad, main course and dessert). Magdy also upgraded our tent free of charge! The camp's vibe is welcoming and everyone is super nice. Even the neighbours (baboon accompanied us from the reception to the tent)! The tent was comfortable - we slept like babies and clean. Camps manager Magdy helped us organise a driver for a full day safari in Maasai Mara. The safari was a dream thanks to the driver/guide Alex too. Camp packed breakfast and lunch for us and the driver made sure we had two picnics in nature next to a river full with hippos and crocodiles. We suggest booking a private car (not shared), because we were able to change seats depending where the animals were. We travelled to the camp and back with local transport (Nairobi - Narok - Talek). We suggest reading the instructions you receive upon booking and making sure you have managers phone number saved. The driver from Narok to Talek needs to know which road to take so you don't cross park and pay the entrance fee. Our driver wasn't sure, so they called Magdy. Last day Magdy drove us to the station and talked to the driver and gave him instructions. We felt super safe in the camp thanks to the night security guard Dan. He told us a lot about the animals that live in and around the camp. We spent only two nights there, but if we are ever coming back to Kenya, we will go to Greenwood camp again 100%.

Everything was really good here!. Food was very tasty all 3 days, service was excellent, facilities pretty clean and well maintained, location is just by the entry gate, swimming pool available and clean, animals around (monkeys, crocodile in the river, even a hippo passed by the camp!). Additionally, a friend of mine needed to come a day later than booked and the bill was adapted accordingly...really outstanding behaviour!!

Since we arrived at Mara Intrepids, they welcomed us like royalty. Our assigned driver was Paul who took care of all our Safaris, every day and every daily route was geared towards showing us the best of Masai Mara, he is definitely responsible for half of all our amazing experiences. He was in charge of contacting us with the Ballon Safari, an experience that I recommend not to be missed and take us to visit the Masai Mara Village. Upon arriving at the Camps, Debbie, Queen and Daysi welcomed us, with exquisite hot towels for our hands and an exquisite juice, offering and demonstrating to us in spades during our stay that they would be there for everything we needed and that was the case. Our room was taken care of by Leah, who every day dedicatedly prepared our room, closed our musketeers, set out hot water bottles and brought hot chocolate or coffee for us before our first daily game drive around 6 am. After returning from our Safaris, delicious food awaited us in the restaurant where Shillaw and Masila were in charge of serving us, knowing our tastes and often anticipating our requirements, they consented our son with all his tastes. I just want to say, if you want to know Masai Mara, the place is Mara Intrepids. It is worth every penny and despite being as generous as we could with our tips, it will never be enough to compensate for the attention. Asanté!!

The location is perfect, right next to the Talek gate. You have a view on the Masaai Mara from your tent/bungalow! We were in a tent with our family of 5, incl 3 kids. We LOVED the place. Highly recommendable. The staff is simply great, they take care of you from the start until the end. Clean, spacious and comfortable tent/bungalow. The pictures dont do justice to the place.

What an amazing place. Fantastic location, top quality facilities, truly adorable staff, exceptional value for money. We travelled to the Prideinn Mara independently and they were able to organise a brilliant local Masai driver and a vehicle for us. Top quality service. We highly recommend them.

The national park is really beautiful. went to safari for three days and could get almost all the Animals. Missed Migartion as the Zebras were reluctant to cross the river though they have gone down few times and came up again. our driver and vehicle were very good. He had taken extra efforts to show us all the animals in Vantage points. The double horned Rhino sighting was memorable. That was the only time when we spotted a Rhino in the whole 10 days trip to four national parks. The Animals were found to be very healthy. We were not lucky enough to spot any Chasing and hunting scenes. The National Park roads are good though little dusty. Had packed lunch from the camp.

Breathtaking experience. If you love nature and want to connect with it, this is the palace to visit. Very easy to get around. And see lots of wild animals especially the lion which could be seen easily in this reserve and not seen easily in the other game parks.

10 out of 10! The hotel is located 3 minutes drive from the main gate, which saves a lot of time for a trip to the morning safaris. The room is spacious, clean. The staff is responsive, attentive. The food from the chef John is beyond praise. Many thanks to the whole team: John, Kosen, Jere, Lorna and Kangwes!
