From check-in to checkout it was the absolute best. The staff and owners are very attentive to your needs. They go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable time. The home cooked food, bread and jams were AMAZING!! We enjoyed a Christmas eve dinner and a Christmas day BBQ with all the guests including a bonfire with s'mores, it was lovely and the highlight of our trip.

Very clean, bright and comfortable room (we were in room 10) with a big window on the outside. The cleaning ladies are excellent. The staff at the reception speaks very good english and all of them were very friendly and helpful. Great location: centrale and near the market. Saen Monorom is a nice little place with some good walks in the countryside. I definitely recommend the town and the Guest House.

I stayed at Manel’s guesthouse for 4 nights with a couple of friends. It was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Manel and his family are super nice and helpful. And there are 2 cute kittens. The first day we rented motorbikes to go to different places Manel had recommended. The second and third day we did a jungle hike with Hong and slept in a local village. We booked it through Manel. It was challenging but worth it, one of our favourite things we did in Cambodia. We could leave our suitcase at the guesthouse while hiking. I would 100% recommend staying at this place. One of my favorite guesthouses in Cambodia.

Very clean bungalow with good mosquito nets. We also enjoyed the pizza and very good breakfast which we could preorder the night before (very handy if you need to get up early).

Superb service in an amazing location. A little out of the centre but that makes this all the better. Secluded mountain side resort with brilliantly designed facilities. This is where you should stay if you want a more high end stay in Mondulkiri.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at KNN Resort Mondulkiri. After a bad experience at another accommodation, arriving here felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and from the very beginning we felt truly taken care of. The hospitality was impeccable — everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay! The retreat is clean, the gardens are immaculate - it is clear a lot of love and care went into this place. The owner is very helpful and friendly and will help to organize any outings, hikes or experiences, and his wife makes delicious cookies! The restaurant is good and so are the prices. The staff don't speak a lot of English but they do everything to accommodate you. I would stay here again if I visit Mondulkiri again.
