The location is great. It has so much going on, nearby. The rooms we had were spacious and had all we needed. I loved the bathroom. The pillows were also very soft. The staff were great. A special thanks to Helen. She went out of her way to arrange a visit for me to the golf. Thank you so much. This is such a great hotel to stay in while at Jeju.

A clean and lovely room with smart TV. The room had almost everything we needed - towels, bathrobes, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even face/body care products. Small items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps were not provided, but this is clearly communicated in advance, as single-use plastic has been banned on the island since 2021. I really appreciated how sustainable the hotel is! It's also well-organized for people with special needs, which is wonderful to see. I'm very happy with this thoughtful and inclusive approach.

The hotel was close to bus station so easy to take buses around the island. Close to 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants! The staff was very nice and understood and spook English good, as my Korean was limited. Due to some issues with my booking (flight cancelled from Busan) I had to change dates and seems my booking got lost. They sorted it out on the spot with help of reservation team. I even got an upgrade due to the wait! Amazing service! Jeju is such a nice place and I wished that I stayed longer. But I will be back!

We loved staying at Shilla plus. The pools were heated and large, which was a plus point. Also Oh Soovin at the front desk was amazing. He gave great service and helped us out a lot.

The location, away from crowds, was very peaceful with beautiful scenery- surrounded by trees. The room was spacious with a huge window overlooking the forest. The staff was exceptional- they helped us with an issue we were having regarding our return flight, they spoke to the flight booking agency on our behalf due to language barriers. They attended to our every request. The food at the restaurant was amazing! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Wonderful place for kids. The pool was great and warm, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was good and abundant. And the staff was very friendly. Our kids told us to give it the highest grade possible.
