The hotel is in a very central location. The room was nice and big, with a clean shower with bathtub shower. Check in/out process was easy. Reception man was very helpful showing where to eat and how to get the bus to Hahoe Village.

The price is really good for a hotel right in the city center. It was just ever so slightly run down in some ways (my room had a water stain on the wall) but the bed was comfy and large and the wifi worked pretty well. I think for budget travelers you kind find a better deal. Also had free water in the lobby . Staff are very nice

I sought out the charm of trying a Hanok house stay. It was obvious upon entry where we were supposed to leave our shoes, so we could follow the Korean custom of not wearing shoes indoors. The host provided two pairs of indoor slippers plus I brought hotel slippers from my Seoul hotel. I liked the host very much. He was always available to message back when I had a question. The kitchen had everything I needed, e.g. microwave, corkscrew, bottle opener, etc. The location was good. There is a sandwich shop 2 blocks away and a small grocery store just another block from there, and an Ediya Coffee within longer walking distance.
