We stayed at the Prima three times during our trip to South Korea. Each time staff were extremely helpful and considerate. It is ideally placed to explore Seoul, close to the metro, airport bus, great coffee shops, shopping streets and close to the contemporary history museum, Deoksugung Palace, markets and the Cheonggyecheon Stream walk. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked really well.

Location was great near to malls and the Myeongdong food street. The hotel receptionist Jun was awesome spoke fluent english easy to communicate. We arrived early in the morning and Jun was able to get our rooms ready. Thank you for the hospitality !

The hotel was great, I enjoyed my stay here very, very much. The location is amazing, as everything we wanted to see in Seoul was easily accessible via the nearby metro and bus stations. The room was very spacious, and the staff always super friendly (the girl who was there for our check-in was extremely friendly, she recommended where to eat and her recommendation was top notch - it's a korean bbq place very close to the hotel). I also have to mention that the beds were really very comfortable. I had an amazing sleep every night.

Loved everything about it - great hotel, loved the room. I traveled with my grandparent and we had two separate beds and it was just right. It was a tad small but it's totally fine. It was very clean, great staff who helped us get taxis whenever we needed it. Loved it and I'd def stay here again if I'm in the Myeongdong area. Close to all the food stands (5 min walk) in Myeongdong and it's an 8 min. walk from the Myeogndong train station.

We had an amazing 5 star stay! I can't recommend Hotel Naru enough. This stay was a top highlight during our time in Seoul. Overall - It was a luxurious experience. Hospitality and service was top notch and everyone was warm and attentive. The hotel delivered a classy yet chill vibe which meant we had a taste of the high quality luxury hotel experience. Room - We were upgraded to a Han River view room (from a city view) which we were grateful for. The sunsets was one of the best views in Seoul. Room was spacious and bed comfy. The bathroom was spacious as well and we loved the bathtub and rain shower. The room is also fitted with high tech facilities and had lots of storage space for clothes or luggage. Dining - We ate at the Lounge & Deck for dinner and the afternoon high tea. Service was top notch, food among the best we had in Seoul plus a killer river view. Breakfast - Buffet style with lots of Korean, Continental, Japanese and American style options inc hot food like eggs, sausages and cooked meats etc. Facilities - The sauna (hot pool) was great. Plus they have a modern gym and pool. Special mentions - Thank you in particular to Layla (Concierge), Jenny (Voisin Bar) and Julie (Voisin Restaurant / Lounge & Deck). You went out of your way to make us feel welcome, your knowledge of food/drinks was amazing and we really appreciated your professionalism and hospitality
