The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service.... Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. The staff Lubna and Nader were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. They upgraded our room and provided cake for our anniversary which was a beautiful gesture. They showed the real image of Lebanese hospitality. The location was perfect and nearby ABC mall, Hamra street and Raouche were very close

The staff were exceptionally kind! Kudos to Rita, she was very friendly and gave me lots of great tips for Batroun! Location was good too and easily walkable to National Museum as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Having a rooftop pool was the best thing to have on a hot afternoon! Rooms were spacias and clean.

Everything was incredible - the staff, the room, the facilities! Had a very clean room with wifi, electric, and hot water the entire time. We met so many kind team members including Rita, Rima, Simon, Farid, Ali, Khalil, and many more. The breakfast was delicious. Incredible value for a hotel. We stayed for 8 nights and wish we could have stayed for longer!
