Having been fortunate enough to have stayed at the hotel and been the only guests for 3 out of the 8 days we were there. This gave us a unique experience of the hotel and the staff. We felt like we had our own private hotel. The hotel has a very local feel to it with an impression of being submerged in the forest surrounded by greenery. So much wildlife and the sound of the ocean constant crashing on the beach The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome comfortable and at home. As an eco hotel with full board we were not sure how it would be and if we would enjoy the experience. The locally sourced fresh food was amazing and could not be faulted. We could not help but leave empty plates after every meal. We would highly recommend viewing the video on the iPad provided in the room. This will give you a better idea of the resort and how it works. If travelling with younger kids or fussy eaters the hotel was very flexible and help making some simple foods for it 4 year old son. We were lucky enough to visit Sri Lanka at New Year and the team were very kind to arrange a special breakfast and involve us with the traditional ceremonies, celebrations and games and even planting the trees❤️ After this vacation we felt so comfortable we almost felt like we were at home. I’m sure everyone has different experiences and when visiting new places but our was just perfect for us. We would highly recommend this resort to any of our friends or anyone planning to visit Sri Lanka. We would like to thank our hosts, again, for the amazing time we had in the Ravana Garden resort! Will be back for sure ♥️

It was nice the beach was good the weather was good the people where nice and very helpful

Breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly, and we got a full Sri Lankan meal. They also accommodated our requests and were very attentive.

I had an exceptional stay at the guesthouse! The family managing it is incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms were surprisingly comfortable considering the affordable price. Every detail was thought of, and cleanliness was exemplary. It was more than just accommodation; it was an enriching experience. I highly recommend this guesthouse for those seeking a memorable and authentic stay.

The dinner and breakfast were exceptional (we were on half-board), offering a delightful variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented.

The owner was so lkind & helpfull in that he offered free Curd & Honey (the best quality Hambantota is famous for) .He is very concerned about guests and goes the extra mile which made my wife and daughter so happy with service ...

What a gem of a place. Unbeatable views from the room, quiet, peaceful and fully relaxing. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Chef cooked up some serious dishes that were really delicious and of course - they make pizza! Room is so cozy, both the bathroom and the room had perfect natural lightning. Bed is comfy and big.
