the property welcomes you with a truly breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley! excellent food, especially the breakfast - make sure you also go to their restaurant in downtown Ella (Chill Café)! the room is superb and is nestled in the tea plantains.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and assist us. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to relax. Although the location is a bit far from the city, the property offers its own shuttle service to the center at any time you need, which was very convenient. The only small downside was that the room got a bit chilly in the evenings.

Since I am not a fan of busy tourist places, the Maridian was the perfect place for me. It's worth the time to travel here, the view is spectacular. If I had more days to spend I would 100% have stayed longer.

The place was amazing !!! The view, the rooms and be close to the nature was so great. The green area, herbal plantation, mountains and you are in the middle of it. The best of our stay here were people, owner with his sister were just AWESOME !! The food was prepared fresh for us with all Sri lankan origin, so tasty, so many choices and home made. All of that gives you possibility to fill like home but in the most beautiful place in the world! Thank you ❤️

This is an exceptional accommodation option in Ella! Not only it has nice & clean room, excellent view but the owner is the person who’d make your stay! willing to help with everything, pick you up or drive within Ella in his tuktuk or even wake up in the morning with you to drive you to Little Adam’s peak for sunrise. And icing on the cake is the huge breakfast served right at your patio full of fresh fruits, local meals and hot coffee. We weren’t even able to finish it all :( Even though the accommodation is located a little bit further from Ella’s main street, thanks to the owner’s perfect care we didn’t even noticed. Thank you and hope to come back soon! 💚

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Moon Rock, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. But what truly impressed me was the host's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We had an early start the next day for a long journey to Colombo, and the host kindly prepared breakfast for us ahead of schedule. But that wasn't all - they also packed a snack and water for us to take on the road! This kind gesture was completely unexpected and truly appreciated. It's clear that the host genuinely cares about their guests' comfort and well-being. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. But it's the host's exceptional hospitality and thoughtful touches that truly set Hotel Moon Rock apart. If you're looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend Hotel Moon Rock!

It’s beautiful and neat. The food was delicious.The location is situated close to a few activities like Little Adam’s Peak, Ravana Club and the zip line. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even decorated our bed and made a special cake for our anniversary. They go the extra mile. Really an amazing place, highly recommended!
