Superb location, it has nice views of Puna ella waterfall and lokking over the kotmale reservoir. Can see the lower ramboda falls also. We were very satisfied with spacious room and the views it offered. Super relaxing spot. Food was good and they had a big SL food menu.They have very friendly staff.

We liked everything that was offered. Best staff during our trip in Sri Lanka. Shiva did a great job with the tea tour and it was a great experience.Akheel, Afeel, Sabeer did a great effort to keep us happy. We will definitely recommend and come back.

Due to our tight schedule, we could only book one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The place is simply amazing — the hosts are very friendly, helpful, and always available when you need them. The food is perfect, and there’s a nice variety of beverages. The room is clean and tidy, and the view… we just couldn’t get enough of it! It might be a bit far from a big city, but it’s absolutely worth staying here.

I really enjoyed staying here. the atmosphere was fantastic. it was an amazing view. the landlord is respectful. there is a special person here his name is Akila and I never met like him. he is not just helpful but also has huge historical information about the country, which will help you to understand many things in Sri Lanka. his hospitality is something I can't explain as I think you will see something different if you visit this place and meet this man. they can make your food as well. I recommend this villa, especially for family. there are 5 rooms and you can book the whole Villa as a family and enjoy the place. I felt as if I was at home. just the Road need some maintenance, but they can take you from the main road through the top of the hill. only thing the internet is quite not good but for me I don't care about it but I have to be honest, However the told me that the company was doing some maintenance for the tower of communications.

Awesome view! Quiet area and beautiful surroundings. The room is modern, spacious and clean. Mr. Prosper is very welcoming and kind. Here you feel like you are at home. The last 800 meters of the road are not so good, but if you ride a bike you just need to go slowly and it is absolutely safe.

Wonderful homestay for anyone hiking the Pekoe. Stayed for one night before walking stage 2 in reverse. Nalinda helped us figure out the right bus from Kandy and organised a lift to the start for us. Provided a delicious dinner and breakfast aswell. Had a lovely stay.
