Good environment At night you can various animals sound because this is thick ungle area. Early morning you can vast typeof birds and their songs specially peacock. This hotel makes you happy. Service is outstanding, very nice staff. Very friendly and they take good care of you. The rooms are spotless, hot shower. The restaurant serves a good dinner. And on top of it all, a very nice swimmi 1 ngpool. We should have stayed linger, but we booked are next hotel already.

This is the most beautiful hotel we have been to in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully situated, right by the lake, sitting on the terrace you can watch the sunset while having a delicious dinner (the best food we have ever eaten). The hotel is decorated with taste and class, spacious rooms, with a modern but related to the place decor. The family room we occupied is basically an apartment with two separate, beautifully decorated rooms and a spacious bathroom. It is spotlessly clean and smells beautiful. Very friendly staff and a very nice and helpful owner. We regret that we could only stay one night. We recommend it, because the place is really extraordinary!

Just everything. Really nice apartment, specially equipped for western turists, with hair dryer, toilet brush, drinking water, big room and bathroom, with big patio in front of the room, plus swimming pool. What else can you wish more. It was the best experience during my trip in Sri Lanka. Big bonus was also Janaka, resort manager who organized Safari in Yala for us.

Beautiful place and beautiful people. We had a very warm welcome, with a rich dinner of local cousine. The room and bathroom were really clean and the bed very comfortable. We were also impressed by how clean and well-maintained the exterior was. They also had flexible check out, and in addition, delicious refreshment drinks were waiting for us after the safari. The host family were both very welcoming from start to finish. The owner took us around the lake at sunset to view the bird and wildlife and even picked up some buffalo curd for us to try. Food was exceptional and hospitality first class and very genuine
