Everything was perfect, a little oasis inside the tea plantations. The tea activity was so interesting. We had a beautiful time! The staff were so friendly!

The villa is so beautiful that you don't want to leave it! The location is perfect too, you have a stunning view from the terrace and from the whole building through big windows. The pool is crystal clear, the house itself is also very clean and tidy. One of the best things was staff - we could reach out to Asanka anytime and his responses were always in under a minute. He and the whole team were very welcoming and helpful - whatever we needed, they were ready to help. We also ordered food from the hotel - not everything was to our liking but it's great that you have an option of ordering something in your dining room, and they do the full service: bring food and clean after. Nonetheless we recommend creamy pasta and devilled pork. But the best food was breakfast: delicious fresh juices, fruit, omelette, sausages and grilled bread - it was always a great start of a day. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is very comfortable - there is always hot water and the pressure is good. There is water supply so you don't have to worry about buying plastic bottles. All in all, i really recommend this place, we didn't manage to hike down the river because of the weather, but there is much to do here:)

The place is absolutely wonderful and the hospitality truly impeccable. Moreover, during the Ditwah cyclone that hit the area, the resort proved its real value. The hotel and the entire staff supported my parents while they were stuck at the property, doing everything in their power to make them feel safe and protected. For this, we will never be grateful enough. It was an outstanding experience in every respect.

Customer service and water falls

Wonderful family! Very accomodating, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful modern villa, set in a jungle like environment with nice views. The villa also offers a large and clean pool. Inoka the host suggested interesting sightseeing spots and her husband drove me to some locations around the area. I felt very welcome and safe travelling alone. The rooms are fantastic!Very nicely furnished, clean to a high standard, the bed comfortable and some rooms have a balcony. There is a elegant dining and living room area one may use with coffee and tea making facilities. My best stay in Sri Lanka so far and I highly recommend it. Ah, and not to forget the tasty food, I had dinner and breakfast here and it was so good. Inoka finally took me to the local bus station to make sure of a safe departure. Thanks again for everything!

The stunning locations, in the middle of the rain forest with a private natural pool. The room design, the food and the multiple activities (rafting, trekking city tour waterfall visit etc.) are other elements that made us having a great experience. The quality of the service was simply amazing. Dulana and his family did their best to satisfy every needs and were always open to feedbacks.

The genuine care and joyful guidance from the staff made us feel not just like guests, but like welcomed friends. ​Our Suite and the Hotel Grounds ​Our suite was simply fabulous. It was a spacious and beautifully decorated sanctuary, where every detail had been carefully considered. The room's design embraced the surrounding nature, with green views from every window that paired with a cool breeze to truly enrich our souls. The suite included a full bar, a large, well-maintained bathroom, two balconies with seating areas, and a luxurious lounge with a large smart TV. ​The bed was a dream of comfort, and even the mosquito net was so elegantly designed that it blended seamlessly into the decor. An extra bed provided for our daughter was just as comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with robes, slippers, and all the necessary toiletries. The rain shower, with its strong water pressure and warm water, made every wash a refreshing experience. Thoughtful touches like an iron, an umbrella, and an electric room warmer were also provided, showing the staff's dedication to our comfort. ​Stepping outside the suite, we found a huge lobby with multiple indoor seating areas and shaded outdoor spaces.
