I can only recommend this hostel if you are looking for a cozy, clean place with good vibes. The hostel has direct access to the beach (practically private) and is convenient to bus stops. On the side you will still find supermarkets and places for primary things. Super clean and well maintained hostel, very relaxing atmosphere! The guy who work there and the owners are wonderful, they make you feel at home. I extended my stay already after the first day I stayed. I hope to return before my departure! :)

Olinda Galle is a small, super charming, very well located hotel just a 20 min from Galle center. The rooms are very spacious and cozy, the baths which were built to incorporate nature are a true privilege experience. The delicious breakfast, served on the terrace area outside of the room is also a highlight . The owner and host is super kind and attentive. Every minute of our stay was truly special. We stayed 6 nights at this lovely hotel. There are only 6 rooms so it’s very peaceful. We had a room on the first floor with fabulous sea and beach views. All of the rooms have these views. The sunsets are amazing! The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are extremely spacious and very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean. The owner is Austrian which may account for the very high standards of fittings and no decor. The pool and gardens are lovely with plenty of du beds. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. It’s not it the town center but there are several beach restaurants within easy walking distance and it’s very easy and cheap to order a Tuk-Tuk via Uber, costing about €1,50 each way, to the town center. We very much recommend enjoyed our stay here and are quite certain that it is one of the nicest hotels in this area.

I can only recommend this hostel if you are looking for a cozy, clean place with good vibes. The hostel has direct access to the beach (practically private) and is convenient to bus stops. We stayed 6 nights at this lovely hotel. There are only 6 rooms so it’s very peaceful. We had a room on the first floor with fabulous sea and beach views. All of the rooms have these views. The sunsets are amazing! The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are extremely spacious and very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean. The owner is Austrian which may account for the very high standards of fittings and no decor. The pool and gardens are lovely with plenty of du beds. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. It’s not it the town center but there are several beach restaurants within easy walking distance and it’s very easy and cheap to order a Tuk-Tuk via Uber, costing about €1,50 each way, to the town center. We very much recommend enjoyed our stay here and are quite certain that it is one of the nicest hotels in this area.
