The staff was very friendly and helped us to book a taxi to Sigiriya without any hassle. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Best shower that we had during our 4 months journey through India and Sri Lanka! And the towels smell soo good. The location of the hotel couldnt be better: close to the beach and restaurants but far away enough to not be disturbed by the railway noise.

Enjoy just being in the property. Quiet and comfortable. Almost forgot that I was in the busy city of Colombo. Staff were very kind and accommodating my request to keep my luggage till later in the day as my flight was very late at night.

Beautiful room with AC and big bathroom with lovely warm water shower with pressure! Lovely house with a sit out balcony and in a quiet and up market locality lane very close to the coast road. The room and the linen were spotless.. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Nawab was superb, and checking on our arrival and thanks to the 24 hour check in he was there to show us in late at night despite our delayed train. He also offered us a great late night restaurant recommendation that was really what we needed. Thanks Nawab. If in Colombo we stay here only :)

Everything is just perfect here. You dont feel like you are staying in a hotel, feels more like at some close relatives house. Owner and the people who are working here Saliya and Silva are just perfect, the hospitality is just amazing😊 Breakfast are so tasty. All hotel is very cleal. Wonderful thing is that if you are staying in deluxe room all the floor is yours with balcony and additional room. On the top of that sea is so close🤟 Highly recommended.

Watumulla is really close to the Ocean, the beach is...

Watumulla is really close to the Ocean, the beach is stunning, and the bars great. There is a dive School (October to May) just north and the Mount Lavinia does incredible buffet lunches. Nothing better than Sunday lunch tehre, and an afternoon in the sun by the pool. Its really fast into Colombo in a Tuk.
