Aida is the best hotel employee in Lithuania. I worked 31 years in hotel management in the US. When I checked in my room, there was a lot of trash leftover under the sink in the bathroom. She offered me dinner to compensate. We call that empowerment. She took a negative experience and turned it into a positive experience. The food is excellent. Banana dessert was exceptional. The grounds are clean, and what a beautiful setting with the lake.

The staff's friendliness and dedication to going the extra mile to meet guests' needs are truly exceptional. Additionally, the restaurant has been offering a very tasty menu recently, which has added even more value to our experience.
