I knew in advance that the rates were not high for this place, and indeed, much can be improved. I think the location and the potential are great and I wish the owner to invest in renewing both the permanent facilities, like the furniture, paint on the walls, the floor and the bathroom, as well as the bedware and towels for example. I came because of the location and I was not deceived. I had breakfast which was simple but very good
