Very nice property. Helpful reception staff - despite the language barrier. Well-kept, large rooms with large bath towels, shower gel sachets, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities, small tables, and chairs. A lovely mixed blend of classic meets modern. Suitably located for both the bus terminus and train station. Highly recommended room 5 for a family of four with older or younger children. Good value for money.

The staff was great and the offer everything you need, even including laundry service, the option to print papers (free if wanting to print plane or train tickets!). The room was clean, could make tea in the room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious. All was good, I would stay here again.

Professional and friendly staff managed our complicated booking via WhatsApp within a few minutes. Late night check-in was simple. 5 minutes walk from city centre. Room and bathroom were spotless. Outside area with individual tents and tables at no extra cost. Absolute 10! Thank you, team Biplan!

The hotel is located in the city centre. There is a spacious car parking area in front of the main square (visible from the restaurant on the 10th floor) and all rooms facing the main square. Located directly on the main, Riga street. Excellent service, reception, advised me where to go for coffee or lunch. You can also have dinner and lunch in the restaurant upstairs. Very good prices and excellent service. Reservations required for dinner. Breakfast was rather rich. Room was comfortable, clean, with a great view, as well as soundproof.
