Location is perfect - you are in the town but at the same time so close to nature. It was calm, quiet, very peaceful. One can just sit and watch the lake and listen to its various sounds for ever - and you can do it both ways - either inside the house looking out through the big windows or outside on the mini terrace. Room was clean, quiet, good location, great place to stay if you are in Balvi. Check in process was simple, breakfast was also good, even though we forgot to order breakfast when checking in, staff was very accommodating and prepared one for us anyways.
