This property is immaculately clean and well maintained. The owners and their lovely staff members are friendly, attentive, helpful, and efficient in their roles. We had an air-conditioned double ground floor room with two large windows and a good-sized ensuite, plus nice towels and sheets. A large indoor common area has a fridge we could use, and a very good breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, with ocean views. Local ceramics placed around give it a personal feel. The taps and drains work, windows and drawers slide, the floors are clean enough to walk barefoot inside and out. The many pot plants are watered and healthy. It's a short walk to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants.

We loved our 4 days at Kaza Aouchtame! The house was spacious, spotless, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, which made it easy and comfortable to go back and forth. Check-in was smooth and the host was fantastic. He was always easy to reach and even drove us to the airport himself and sent us off with a big hug. Such a warm and genuine experience. The location alone is reason enough. Highly recommended.

I would give this hotel a 10/10 for the quality of the bedding, the overall standard of the hotel, the attention to detail, the location, and the stunning room views. Maison Montei also offers high-end food at a very good price. Without a doubt the best in the entire region. I’m happy and proud we have a hotel of this level in the area.. Hotel AUREA.
