Extra attention to details throughout the entire facility, perfect setting, good breakfast, private parking and all of these completed by a great owner who can give you a lot of valuable details about Dades Gorges, Monkey Fingers but also Morocco in general. He was the most helpful host we have met during our 2 weeks road trip in Morocco, and I would not hesitate to recommend choosing this place to anyone who wants to experience the Moroccan hospitality at it’s best

We had a lovely stay with Hussein and his family - as the name suggests, they welcome guests like family and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful (we enjoyed a delicious feast for dinner on arrival, and breakfast was perfect). The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable, have hot water and everything we could need (we stayed in a family room). Note: the guesthouse is off the main road. You will drive past the mosque and probably wonder if you've gone the wrong way - you haven't, Google is correct! Turn left at the junction past the mosque and the guesthouse is down there on the right (park on the road). I highly recommend also visiting Hussein's restaurant with the best view around from the terrace - it's very convenient for lunch or dinner before/after the Monkey Fingers walk in the gorge.

Everything was perfect. The host who can speak good English was a very kind guy who helped us with all the info we needed. The paths to visit the gorges start right down the Kasbah and the main view of Monkey finger is just few mins walking. Parking right in front of the stay. Simply the perfect location! Breakfast was delicious!!!!

Excellent starting point for the hike through the Monkey...

Excellent starting point for the hike through the Monkey Finger canyon. Good for meeting local people and enjoying traditional cousine. I recomend to stay overnight rather than rushing through on a daytrip. In this way you also support the Berber comunity.
