I usually never write these reviews but I wanted to write one in this case.. This was one of the best stays of all of my travels. The location of the place was great and the staff was awesome so was the breakfast, but what made this stay exceptional is due to one individual,his name is Ognjen (Ogi)..He went above and beyond from the very first day, before we’ve even checked in..Ogi was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful about anything we’ve needed, I definitely recommend anyone reading this to come and stay here, you won’t regret it. 10/10

As someone who Is many years in a hospitality business I have to say I was impressed with every single department. Starting communication with FOM Marija was just so smooth. Impressed by Milos and Aleksandar as well, they put so much effort. The room was spotless, the view was just amazing, and the food was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay at the Ruzmarin Hotel. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home in this family-run hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially towards the children. Joshy, the regular cleaner, sometimes gave them chocolates or beautiful drawing and sticker books, which they enjoyed throughout the trip—and even afterwards. Alexa was super friendly and always ready to help us with a smile or a drink. Everything went smoothly, and we received great assistance when renting a car. This truly is a family hotel: warm, welcoming, with a full and delicious breakfast, and a great kitchen. The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. We felt truly welcome with the kids. Every day we enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing on our little terrace by the pool, where we sometimes also enjoyed our meals. As a lovely farewell gesture, we received a delicious bottle of wine from the hotel owner to take home. :)
