A piece of heaven. Everything was perfect. Both the sunset and sunrise were stunning, the room is super comfortable and blends perfectly within the surroundings. Food is delicious and generous. You will be welcomed with open arms and will want to stay longer than planned! I know I will definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely retreat, a blissful way to end my one month work trip in Madagascar.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and incredibly friendly. They helped us with any travel issues we had and ensured we were well provided for. Breakfast and all meals were Amazing. Staff were incredible, kind and warm hearted. The attention to detail in the upkeep of the property was amazing. I've rarely found a better managed place. We saw lemurs every day, as well as Chameleons and other animals. They also have a wonderful pool and an incredible garden.

Jean-Michel, Florida and the whole team are very helpful and kind. For example, we asked Jean-Michel in an email that we would like to stop at a "supermarket" to buy few things during our transfer from the airport to Doany Beach. He said okay. And soon he sent an email that he had noticed we would arrive on Sunday afternoon when shops are closed and offered that he buys what we need if we send a list, Wow. Doany Beach is beautiful with its white sand beach (no trash only shells) , crystal clear ocean in front of you, no dangerous currents, beautiful corals and fish for snorkelling (it is easier to find them in low tide). And there are no other tourists, maybe another family as guests. We could see sunrise even from our bed, we only had to open our front door facing to the ocean at 6 am. Brown (female) and black (male) lemurs are coming each evening or sometimes in the afternoon. We got bananas from the staff to make lemurs eat from our hands and let us stroke them (except their tails). As there are no shops or markets, you eat what you get. But do not worry, meals are perfectly delicious and sufficient and as a bonus, you eat in the garden with ocean view. Weather (sunny, 29-30 C, no rain during the day) and the ocean temperature were great. Doany Beach has filtered drinking water. We had no problems with WiFi. There is hot water in the bathroom. You may ask for how many night you should book. It can easily be one week. Lokobe Reserve is in walking distance, Jean-Michel came with us to show the way. It is worth checking Doany Beach's own website, where you see many boat tours offered (e.g. Lemurialand+Mont Passot+Andilana beach, Tanikely, Sakatia, Komba, Iranja, etc.). There are also many other program possibilities, like fishing, water skiing, face painting. You also see the prices on the website. Boat trip price is usually for the boat and not per person. For our family of five, these prices were unbeatable. Watch our Youtube videos.

Close to the Nosy be airport. The view is spectacular and private. The food was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I loved the bungalow very much and I had a great view from my window. Manager was very helpful with explaining how to get to where I needed to go and arranged a boat that was wonderful for me. Everything was lovely, clean and nice.
