This little but cozy hotel ( villa) was booked for 2 days. The owner is a very pleasant woman who allowed us to accommodate little earlier as the room was ready + suggested a coffee. The room is clean and nice. It is silent on the territory, no noise. They are catering only breakfast but consider all dietary requirements. They have gluten free breakfast. You have to take adapters for electric devices. The only mines was that it was my business trip and no time to enjoy all this beauty.

Located on a dead end street this new hotel is in Paceville (St Julian) near all the hustle and bustle but also close to the main road which connects St Julian to Valetta. Easy to be accessed and to be departed by car/taxi/foot. In a walking distance there're plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. We were upgraded to a room with balcony which was very clean and comfortable and had a great soundproofing. The king size bed & the pillows were very comfortable for us. The 40" flat smart tv including YouTube & Netflix streamed perfectly. Minifridge, safe, kettle and expresso machine are available in the minibar. There're plenty of plugs (UK type) including USB A and USB C near the bed. Excellent breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. During the day & evenings the breakfast area becomes Jumu restaurant which we definitely recommend especially in case you arrive late for check-in (good selection of Maltese and international vines and excellent service). Indoor spa area was very clean and well maintained includes a finish sauna, a 4 persons jacuzzi and a ~15 m/5 m indoor heated pool which is opened round the clock. A decent sized gym is also available in the same spa dedicated area. On the rooftop there's a second ~20m/7 m pool also heated with a great view over St Julian's downtown. The parking available in hotel's underground was great to leave our rented car since since around the hotel the parking places are limited.

We were filled with positive reviews from other visitors, according to which I chose this hotel. A nice surprise was that we could choose the type of pillow, I personally prefer a soft one, which I received within a few minutes of reporting to the reception. We received a prompt response from the staff even when we reported that the toilet flush was broken and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Excellent services.

The staff were outstanding - the degree of personalized customer service was exceptional! The hotel in general and the room was impeccably clean, quiet, friendly and welcoming. The amenities were first class, from the pools, gym, lounge, bathrobes, etc, and all provided for a complete and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, with a view, easy access to cafes, restaurants, bus stops, shopping, etc. I have already recommended this hotel to many friends and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were very pleased with our stay at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Sliema, minutes away from Tigne Point and the promenade. I must mention that the room was super, it had a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and fridge, the shower was really comfortable with great water pressure and everything was really clean which is one of the most important factors for me. In the evening we went to a really good restaurant nearby and just 5 minutes away by walk. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning and on the whole I believe that the stay was very good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if they are looking for a relaxing experience close to restaurants and shops.

The hotel is nice and small, quiet and in a great location. The view from the pool area over the bay was just stunning. The breakfast was really nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable which I find very important. I also liked the carafe of fresh water in the room instead of bottled water.

We enjoyed every second . Al the staff were so nice especialy who made us beeakfast i dont know her name . Lorrane was very kind thku so much . Would come back for sure .we live in malta but felt like we were abroud . So relxing and clean . Perfect weekend .

Iklin what is the ideal location for visiting our family in...

Iklin what is the ideal location for visiting our family in Belzan a short walk away. It was also only a 30 minute walk to the town of Naxxar. We enjoyed The Red Farm Relais & Spa so much we didn't need to venture out much. We didn't need a car while visiting, but would recommend if you wish to explore Malta. There is a perfectly good public transport system, if you don't want the hassle of driving.

Iklin is a quiet small mostly residential town about 15...

Iklin is a quiet small mostly residential town about 15 Minutes by car from Valletta where the urban sprawl melts into the countryside, perfect if you're after a quiet stay. It's well positioned for trips around the island, especially the North. There are a few amenities, like supermarkets and some restaurants. Some sights like the town of Naxxar or the famous Mosta Rotunda are only 10 minutes by bus, or 30 minutes on foot. Number 31 takes you direct to Valletta in 30 minutes. A taxi to the airport takes about 20 minutes.
