We liked absolutely everything. Starting from the airport, where Resort's person met us and organized transfer to the local terminal of TMA, and ending with the departure process. Very much happy with our villa host/manager - Nabeel, who is top excellent person for hosting guests and taking care about comfort and convenience, very nice, polite, attentive, smart. Special HUGE and HOT thanks to Mr. Moreno and all his colleagues - Fernando, Mirasol and other team members. We spent wonderful time with them. Our warmest compliments and big thanks to Ms. Tamilla and Ms. Marjona, who's hospitality and general kindness were just wonderful. All members from the restaurants service teams were great, very attentive and super well trained. Per our opinion - the best waiters were Djamshed, Ahmed (Zidan) and a lovely young man in the Pool Bar. For the whole team we definitely thank Mr. Patrick, Mr. Rajeshwar and HR manager. Great job, perfect personnel training!!! Special thanks and warmest regards to Vlad and Aya from the Diving center, to Yusuf, to his brother in law and of course to the tennis trainer - Mr. Karthick. Sea boats crew while going to fishing and dolphin excursions were also great. Top professionals. Thank you. There was no one who could be outstanding from the excellent team working at the Resort.

My spouse and I stayed for a week at Jolie Being Island in the Maldives, and it was an unforgettable experience. The island is entirely dedicated to wellness, and the spa was simply breathtaking. The entire staff, the team, everyone was incredibly professional. It felt like they were handpicked, honestly. They took such great care of us, surprising us every day with thoughtful gestures. We were absolutely blown away and couldn’t be more satisfied. We went diving in the sea, which was amazing, and the spa treatments were out of this world. The wellness center also offered Yoga and Pilates classes, which added to the overall relaxation. Truly an exceptional

1- The delightful welcoming at Malè International Airport, where the amazing resort representative lady escorted us to the seaplane counter, then to the seaplane terminal. The journey on this is quite picturesque, and it’s a unique way to see the Maldives. 2- The treatment when I first came with injury on my tailbone from the seaplane/boat transfer. They gave me ointment and spray to relieve the pain. But later on, it came to my attention that a resident doctor was available at the island 24/7. This acknowledgment of itself made me feel safe. When I came to the room I found a bucket of ice to help with the pain waiting for me with some hand towels, a fruit platter, and a welcoming phrase on the bed with flowers (Our anniversary). I didn't plan a head my trip. That I truly regret. Because when I arrived, it was on August, a time that has been affected by southeast monsoons, or how the Maldivians call it "Hulhangu", which stretches from May to November and brings with it rains, strong winds, and rough seas. Therefore, water excursions were off. I suggest introducing folklore shows as compensation, as well as providing an introduction to the country, its history with pictures, some traditional music, and dances. 3- The cleaning policy of the rooms in the resort is really something wonderful. I hope to see it happen in other hotels and resorts worldwide, as well. Twice daily cleaning is exceptional! 4- The outdoor shower above the sea with open roof, overlooking the sea on the right and left sides, with privacy at the same time, made taking a shower outdoors an extraordinary experience, especially under the sun. There is an indoor shower as well, for the rainy days, how super thoughtful! And boy, how I enjoyed the rain with the spectacular view.... the natural aquarium beneath the shower. Sometimes, I randomly come here looking for colorful fish, shark, or stingray.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. All possible because of our wonderful butler Manoj who went above and beyond to make sure the stay was as enjoyable. It was my birthday and he made a lot of preparations with wine and cake. Very much appreciated the personal touch.

Care of staff to make it wonderful experience, Delicious food Good Reception, housekeeping , friendly waiters and waitresses , chefs , kids club everybody was caring and helping.
