We had an absolutely amazing stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our experience truly special. Best hotel we had in Malaysia. Very friendly receptionist, giving great recommendation what to do on the island. They also have a scooter rental, and can book tours for you (same price as all other agencies). Great service, great breakfast. Free airport shuttle Would definitely come again.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, especially Lady on Reception. Would give it more than a ‘10’ rating if we could. We turned up at 9:30pm on peak season and asked for a room as our son had been admitted to ICU at the nearby hospital after being taken very ill whilst on a cruise ship. Staff have supported us every step of the way, extending our stay multiple times and anything else we needed help with as there was no problem with a language barrier as the staff spoke great English. Exceptionally clean, spacious rooms, good food at a reasonable price and a great rooftop infinity pool where our son spent many days recovering after being discharged from hospital. The staff at Wings are the best that we have come across during all our travels. Recommend 100%
